A Prayer Of Healing For You
Is there any discomfort, sickness, pain, heartache or brokeness that you are feeling that you would like to commit to the Lord today? Well, I'd like to pray for healing over you.
“Dear Father,
You are the One I look toward in times of need. You are my Tower, my Refuge and Strength. I ask You to be with me today to drive away all illnesses, discomfort, pain and brokenness. Psalm 41:3 says that You sustain us on the sickbed and restore us from the bed of illness. So Lord, please send your healing. Let it rain down on us.
I also ask you to turn weakness into strength, sorry into joy and pain into comfort. Please bless us to trust in Your goodness and in your faithfulness, even in the midst of suffering.
Fill us with the Holy Spirit, such that we may rejoice in Your presence as we await your healing touch. Restore me to full health, Heavenly Father because Your Word tells us so in James 5:15-16:
“And their prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make them well. And anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and wonderful results.”
