Learn To E.M.P.O.W.E.R Yourself

How have you dealt with your personal setbacks? Did any of your setbacks lower your confidence such that when a similar incident happens, you automatically tell yourself that you are not able to solve the issue?

Well, I hope what I share with you today will be able to boost your morale and self-esteem.
Get ready to raise your confidence levels to face any possible obstacles in your life!
Follow the steps below and start seeing the changes in your life:
E – Exercise. No no, I don't mean you have to spend hours at the gym! All you need to do is move around more. Instead of taking the escalator, take the stairs. Make it a habit to take at least 5000 steps a day using apps like Pedometer. Exercising will boost your endorphins level and give you the “good” feeling that you need to boost your confidence level!
M – Meditate. Spend 10 minutes a day meditating by just emptying your mind and relaxing! More often than not, our minds are cluttered with thoughts, work, to-do lists that we lose our direction in life. Clear your mind daily and you will be able to process your priorities faster and more efficiently. Just think about your computer. Usually when you empty the recycle bin, your computer will be able to run at a faster speed. Its the same for us!
P – Positivity. Start developing a positive attitude by keeping a gratitude journal. Just writing one thing you are grateful for daily can make a huge difference in your life!
O – Outdoors. Make an effort to spend more time outdoors. It could be just a simple walk in a nearby park or cycling with your friends around your neighbourhood. Remind yourself that your life is not limited to looking at 4 walls. We are not living in a prison! Do not imprison yourself.
W – Work. Work on what you enjoy! This just means spending time on your hobbies to help you relax and feel happy.
E – Expansion. Develop your connectedness to other ideas, people and worlds. Ideas – Learning New Things. People – Make new friends. Worlds – Experiencing different cultures.
R – Relationships. Don't forget about your family and friends! Having strong bonds provide important support to us!
